To make this work, insights leaders must first audit their “digital shelves”—collecting everything from the last five years of brand tracking to customer interview transcripts and segmentation studies. Step two involves cleaning this data to remove conflicting or outdated jargon, ensuring the AI understands the evolution of the brand.
